For any Exchange or Return of the shoe, you have to send the shoe back to our address or we can pickup the shoes for you.

Am I charged any thing for Exchange or Return ?

No. When you send your shoes back to our address, we send the replacement shoe free of cost. In case of returns we initiate the full refund.

In case we do the pickup on your behalf, we charge a fixed fee of Rs 250.00 per shoes as pickup charges.
